S200 not passing motor self test

On motor self test unit.

1. Directional shroud movement
2. Impeller, slow speed
3. Impeller, medium speed
4. Directional shroud movement
5. Nothing follows

Impeller moves fine. Cleaned it out anyways. Took off side wheel to allow motor gear to rotate without anything blocking it. No movement.
