Rust stain

So when the company that opened the pool they accidentally left a screwdriver in the pool. Noticed it probably less than a week later. The salt water left this stain mark from the handle of the screwdriver. Tried a few things but was only able to get the top layer off. Asking for product recommendations to remove the stain.

Rub a Vitamin C tablet directly on it. Should come right off.
