Hi Everyone,

Two questions: At what point do I need to think about resurfacing? I have an in-ground 15 gall pool, and in some spots the concrete seems to be showing through. There's no leakage I'm aware of but at what point do I need to think about resurfacing. I had a quote don and they said 20K which to me was absurd.

Second question: is there another option to heat a pool other than a full propane unit or solar cover?

Thanks!

20K is on the high side.

Is that for a complete chip out or simply a new coat of palster over existing?

What finish is that quote for?

A heat pump can give you up to 140K BTUs using 50 amps of electricity.
