Recommended pool renovation company in Dallas?

We purchased a home in Plano in 2017 with a dated pool in the backyard. The plaster had quite a bit of etching back then and it's held up relatively well, but it's time to have it (at minimum) replastered and water line tile and, depending on the cost, possibly have the entire deck redone as well. I obtained several bids in early 2020 but due to Covid put the renovation on the back burner.
With that said, I think this we're going to move forward with renovating it at the end of this summer. Does anyone in the Dallas area have a recommended pool repair/renovation/re-plaster company they could recommend? I'm still deciding what product to use, traditional plaster, quartz, a pebble finish, or possibly a thermoplastic like aquabright. Any recommendations as far as finish material and recommended iinstallers near me would be appreciated.

I'd buy a drone, fly over your neighborhood and see who has good looking pools.
Go knock on their doors and ask who did it and if they were happy?

There's a million vendors in our area, but likely only a few that you should trust.

We have heard great things about Classic Tile and Plaster in Grapevine. Robertson Pools in Coppell has been around for a long time.
