Hello from Orlando. I hate my pool and after years of failure with it I ended up here!

I’m having a horrible time getting in clear after a pump failure and tons of algae. Will post a separate thread with all my troubles once I figure out how to make a signature line with all my pool info. Just wanted to say hi!

Welcome Amanda! We're new as well, and all I can say is definitely give TFP a chance before giving up on your pool. I'm a first time pool owner, and have never seen such helpful, patient, friendly people on ANY forum I've visited.

It will be very helpful if you'll give some information about your pool/spa/equipment in the signature part of your account setup. You can see an example at the bottom of woodyp's post, or at the bottom of mine.
Once you've got that done, ask LOTS of questions, people here seem to love answering and getting to the proper solution(s)
