I’m having a problem with both stenner pumps on a commercial pool plugged up to Hayward hcc2000. One day one pump quit working and then the next the other. They neither one make noise or turn.

Welcome to TFP Joe...sorry to hear about your pump but there will be someone along to hopefully help you out with that.

Assuming they're 120 volt pumps, just take an extension cord and plug them in to a known hot receptacle and see if they run. If they do, the problem is with the controller or the power to it.
