Raise CYA or TA first?

Opened pool to Crystal clear water. You all are the Best!

Lost significant water over winter, (Rubber Plug on the return/light partially disintegrated)
Before adding water still had FC 3.....

Anyway after filling the pool added some bleach last night and ran the pump to mix in.

Ready to get water perfect again.

Todays readings:
FC 7.5
CC less than 1
PH 7.8
TA 80
CH 20
CYA a little less than 30

Should I add Stabelizer first or raise the TA First or can I do this at the same time.
My plan is to do proper slam after raising the CYA. This sound right?

If you just added a bunch of water and your water company uses chloramines to sanitize, that could be where your CC came from. The fact that you had some residual FC after the winter and the water is clear makes me doubt you have any algae.

Add the CYA. It'll probably work to lower or hold the pH where it is. You don't need any TA. And if you feel compelled to SLAM, then do it. Personally, I'd just hold FC up above target for another day and see if the CC dissipates with the sun..
