Hello! Within the last year I've replaced by main pump with an IntelliFlo 3 VSF, added an UltraTemp heat pump, and switching from an EasyTouch system to the Intellicenter.
One thing I've been noticed is that on many days, I get several warnings in my Pentair Home app about the IntelliFlo hitting a speed limit, and the UltraTemp reporting low flow. This happens around the time that the system starts up. In a way it makes sense, because the process of spinning up definitely makes the IntelliFlo run faster than its limit (I have it capped at 90%), and the UltraTemp doesn't have the full 40 GPM flow until the pump has stabliized.
What I don't understand is why it reports this at all. Shouldn't these conditions be recognized as exceptional aspects of startup? And why does it only happen on certain days? Is there a problem in the system that I should be looking for?
Adding a picture of the kinds of alerts I am regularly seeing, every few days...
