Quantum Dolphin scraping off Pebble Tech lining??

I recently purchased a Quantum Dolphin - I went to clean out the basket yesterday and noticed what I thought was sand, then realized it was pebbles from the pebble tech lining. This thing seems to be scraping off my very expensive lining! Before this we had a Polaris side pressure cleaner and this never happened.

Any thoughts or advice much appreciated!!

Can you post a full set of water tests? FC, CC, pH, TA, CH, CYA?

What on your robot could actually 'scrape' anything?

My robot collects the same basic thing, although mine is finer, as I have a mini pebble surface. It has been doing this for well over 10 years.

I don't think there is a problem, I just think that the robot picks up stuff that other cleaners do not.
