PVC Joint Leak at Multi Port Valve

Hi, I have a leak and see the pictures. I prefer not to redo the plumbing as it will cost me to replace the entire Hayward multi port vale which is $350 and labor.

Is there a epoxy or JB Weld type product that can be a quick fix? I tried JB Water Weld but I still have a small leak.

A repair will probably not work.

You have unions, so it should not be too hard to replace the valve.

Yes, unions are 4 out of 5 sides but leak is on the glued side going into sand filter. So removing the valve assembly is not an issue but removing the glued joint afterward will be an issue.

There lots of YouTube videos and they are hit and miss. Worse case, I will have to buy a new multi port valve.

After further looking, the problem is the valve and the original glued joint is deteriorating.

So is it possible to fix such issue or just replacing the valve is the best option?
