Have a V-Green 165 pump motor, that allows up to 4 different periods with different rpm settings. Are there any sites out there that will do the math for the cost to run at various settings? 6 hrs at full speed vs 6 hrs at 50% would save "$x.xx" type estimations....
Just playing with how much might the current schedule might be costing vs switching to "as low as possible" for 24/7. (Might help justify all the upgrading I'm doing (SWCG, etc.) to the other member of the household.....)

Some pumps display the watts used at a speed from which you can calculate your electrical cost.

Otherwise you need a clamp on ammeter to tell you the amps being drawn at a speed and then Volts x Amps = Watts

What you will typically find is...

Use the right side of the calculator, input your different configurations and not the price, then change and note price. Will give the difference.

Your chart is good enough! Thanks for this, and for the help/advice over on the other thread.

And to PoolStored: Duh, I should have thought to look at the mfg's site. Of course they would have something to help market their motor!
