Pump leaking where wet end meets the motor.

When the pump starts up I get a little water on the equipment pad under the pump. The water is not coming from he drain plug so it must be the seal where the wet end meets the motor. So my question is if this just started and I don't hear any Honorable sounds am I good just getting a seal kit or should I do the bearings too. The pump is coming up on 5 years old.

Replace the seals as soon as possible and it may save the bearings.
