Prowler 930W disappointment

I've had a Prowler 930w for a few months now and I am very disappointed. it doesn't have sufficient suction to clean the corners where the angled walls meet the floor on the deep end. I run it for 2 2 hour cycles and there's a lot of dirt left behind. this is with the pleated filter and hosing it down between cycles. Is there anything I can do? I had a zodiac mx-8 and that cleaned much better in a couple of hours.

I haven't used the prowler, but I've used MX-8, MX-6, Rebel (poolverneugenn style), Kreepy Krawly, and Dolphin Robot. The robot probably leaves the least in the tight corners, I have corners that none of them can achieve to perfection. I keep my brush handy and stir the leaves or whatever out of the corners now and then. If there's lots of swimming, they're all OK. On a free-form pool, they're all OK wherever they can get to.

Nice to meet you via TFP, by the way. :)

Perhaps you have a problem with This flap not in proper position thus reducing the suction due to a space where water can enter. The flap is designed for quick drain when lifted out of the water otherwise it should be snug to the housing.
