The pins on the plug that connect our prowler to the control panel got bent so Pentair sent us a new cord which we replaced. Now when we plug it in, the control panel lights up but the cleaner itself is unresponsive when we drop it in the pool. Tried unplugging/plugging back in, power on/off, resetting by pressing weekly timer button 4 times all to no avail. Any ideas?
Since you haven't received a reply yet, I wanted to check to see if you are still having the same issue. If so, maybe with some visibility of this thread we can get some fellow Prowler owners to chime in.
