We want to purchase this slide to sit on the Baja shelf for smaller kids over the summer.

Is there any cause for concern for the PebbleTec/pool under the slide such as staining, algae etc. if the pool chems stay balanced?

Ideally, the slide wouldn’t add to my labor and would not be cleaned or touched with a brush underneath for the next 4 months due to the weight of the thing. I could always drain and refill to move it in order to clean underneath if needed but seems like a hassle that might prevent purchase. Just seeking thoughts.

Ideally, you'd want to move the slide at least weekly to brush and clean the pool surface and the slide itself.

4 months will allow all kinds of stuff to grow under the slide.

That’s what I was worried about but didn’t know how well the contact between the shelf and slide bottom would prevent it. I wanted to be extra lazy when the temps are 110 this summer…guess not
