I got a new Haywayrd DE filter installed last year. The filter and pump are on a concrete slab and I have noticed that the slab directly underneath the filter is constantly wet. I don't see any leaks coming from the connections or from the plug so I am a bit confused by the water spot. It really is for the most part just directly underneath the filter. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've had leaks but was always able to find them. What's the filter pressure? Have you disassembled the filter & cleaned it out?
The pressure has been steady at around 4psi. I haven't tried disassembling yet, since it is so new I was going to call the pool company and have them look at it. I didn't want to waste a trip if there was a common explanation like condensation or something. There doesn't seem to be a constant flow as far as I can tell.
Could you post a picture of your filter? Feel the drain plug on the filter and see if it is damp.

Well the pressure certainly isn't too high to cause problems. You could dry it up & then put paper towels around it to see if you can narrow down the area its coming from. I've never noticed a condensation problem on mine.
