Poolmath - Lost Pool and logs

So I upgrade from iPhone 12 Pro to the new shiner iPhone 13 Pro. iCloud sync is on backsups are enabled, I paid for Poolmath to have all the premium features. Switching to phones was pretty seemless. Poolmath carried over and no issues. Until this morning. Opened Poolmath and I’m greeted with a, please add a pool to continue. Bit puzzled I added a pool and now I’m at square one. No logs no history nothing.
Anyone know how to recover?

Before I look deeper, did you maybe use a social login like Google when you first setup your PoolMath account? If so are you trying that account now?

Signed out and signed back in, same account as the one I use to log into the forum. Still only showing todays logs…

The HUGE majority of the time a user has “lost their logs” it’s been traced to a user using Social Login for PoolMath at first and then not logging into that account after they’ve logged out. If There’s maybe a chance you may have used Google, Facebook, or “Login with Apple” can you try to login with one of those accounts?

Just came to say thanks this fixed my problem.

The forum username and the one I used for pool math weren’t the same. I logged in using apple and all my data was there.
