I'm nearing the end of our pool build, and the pool and hot tub are both losing lots of water. The bucket test shows both pool and spa are losing nearly 1" per day more than the bucket. There are also visible leaks on two sides of the hot tub (photos below). I don't see any signs of water anywhere else in the yard.
The PB said he did a dye test and can't find any leaks anywhere, so we don't have a problem. Does anyone have advice on how to diagnose the problem, find where the leaks are coming from, and hold the PB accountable?
A leak detection company is scheduled to come out next week. What should I specifically ask them to do to make sure they find any leaks?
Pavers are scheduled to be installed the following week, but obviously can't do that if underground pipes might be leaking.
