I appreciate your feedback. I have been watching your build thread for sometime and can say keep the photos coming. The old saying "a picture is worth a thousand words". Thanks for posting your Contractor Scope & Pricing it helps me get some real world numbers of what to expect as it is recent. I am leaning towards OB option now that I have more information. I will continue the design process, keep reading all I can and hopefully I will have my own build thread in the future. Good luck on the rest of the project. I am looking forward to seeing the final pictures.
