Pool Rx Question

Hello Guys, I have been investigating the Pool Rx mineral system for my 30,000 gal inground pool. I have an elevated CYA level (CYA - 75) and have to keep a high FC level to make sure that I am getting proper sanitation.
From what I have found about the Pool Rx , it destroys algae and allows you to keep a lot lower FC level and hold it from week to week. This would mean a lot less chlorine usage for me.
I know that this has copper in it, however I am on city water without much metal in it. Other users report having to use a lot less LC and other chemicals because the Pool Rx helps to keep water balanced. Now I am not a fan of unnecessary chemicals in my pool, so talk me off the ledge here fellas!
What are you thoughts on this?

I don't expect you'll get many people here that would recommend it. I certainly wouldn't, copper is one of the last things I would knowingly add to my pool water. Since your CYA is 80, I'd advise you to bite the bullet and install a SWG and follow the FC/CYA chart for SWG (80 is perfect) or drain some water to get the CYA to a more manageable level for manual bleach additions.
