Pool pump suction cover deep end broken

I have a pump suction cover at the deep end of the pool that has broken out in the middle.
There are locations for counter sunk screw but nothing in them.
Is this an O ring fit or are these threaded?

They push in place and are secured by two screws.

All of the covers should be replaced as they are obsolete and considered to be unsafe.

It also looks like you have some pretty serious copper stains.

Examine every square millimeter for a part number; top, bottom, front, back, inside, outside etc.

Looks like no one makes a direct retrofit with a dome top (which is required) so...I'm going to 3D print a direct retrofit for the out of spec product.

Covers need to be approved safety covers and stamped with the safety approval certification.

You can't find any part numbers anywhere?
