Live down in Groveland FL and during the storm my main circuit breaker kicked off for the electrical feed to the all the pool equipment. If I turn it back on it will kick back off after 30 min or so. everything runs fine. Do you think the breaker went bad? should I call electrician? pool person?

Circuit breakers do fail. However, you could also have an intermittent/short in the outside pool equipment/wiring. As said above, get an electrician that works on pools.
