Pool Pilot Digital pump relay question

Spring has sprung (yay). Working on converting my setup to 220V to support a new pump, everything including the Pool Pilot is setup for 110V currently.

Question - if I run 220V to the Pool Pilot, can the pump relay stay in place and operate the existing 110V pump? I dont want to "just try it" at risk of frying the relay (at best) or other stuff (at worst)

If it cant remain that way, can the pump relay handle a 220V pump?

I do realize i need to change the incoming wiring on the Transformer Relay board as well as swapping out the fuse near that same location.

Thanks in advance.

NVM, figured it out! (thinking logically works wonders!)

All the relay does is....relay...the 2 Line In feeds. The relay (seems to be) rated for 230V, so it can pass either 115 or 230 but it will only pass what the transformer primary is jumpered for. Luckily, my current single speed pump can run on 230V as well, and sure enough I get 230V out to the pump when I use the Dig220 to control the pump. Buys me some time to get the pool up and running, at least, before having to plumb the new pump in.

Thanks.

Whoops, spoke to soon.

Without the pump attached I can use the swg to turn the pump power on and off. The relay clicks and I get 230v at the pump wiring.

One I connect the pump, though, turning the pump on through the swg immediately trips the gfci breaker that feeds the pool.

Any ideas? The pump motor should be set for 230v, just had to move one of the wires at the incoming connection (per the manual and pics on Google)
