and it looks like somebody glued a coupling really close to the elbow where it comes out of the ground. going to need to dig down a bit more and get at least 2 couplings and a new elbow along with a stick or scrap if pipe. I would cut that whole horizontal section that is now all gummed up with flex seal out and replace both elbows, if I was doing it.Looks like the top Of that elbow to Pipe is leaking. How far into the ground is the pipe connected to the elbow going? Cut pump off if needed and the lowest to the ground you can get to then purple primer and glue another new pool sweep or elbow onto that pipe and then cut off the upper left part pipe a few inches from old elbow and add a coupler or try and get the new elbow to meet the new small pipe/coupler.
