Hi all, I have a problem where a section of my pool liner has come out of the coping. The liner is only in it's 4th year, so I found it somewhat surprising to see it when I opened the pool last month. I called the installer, but he hasn't shown up yet to repair it. I'm wondering if there is something I can do. I've already put a piece of a popsicle stick in the coping at each end to keep it from traveling. I'm attaching a pic.1747523217890.png

Its very common as liners age. Massage the outside edges toward the middle and it should slide right back into place. Then get Roll of liner lock and push it into the seam all around to stop any future spots from popping out.

I don't know if it's that I don't have the hand strength or that it's been an unbelievably cold May. Either way, I can't get anywhere on it. Would it work better if the liner could be heated up a bit? Possibly streaming some hot water across it. May a hair dryer if I'm extremely careful.

Those are the two choices. (y)

*not boiling* if using water
*real careful* with a hair dryer.

You can also lower a foot or so to possibly get some slack.
