Pool light options - timer - switch inside - no neutral.

Hello Everyone,

Trying to figure out how I can get a timer on my pool light. Right now my 12v pool light is wired to a switch inside the house with no neutral wire. It would appear that any sort of time switch needs a neutral wire in order to work.

Whats the easiest and most economical way to do this?

There are timer switches that work without a neutral. Depending on how your system GFCI protection is installed, they may cause tripping issues though due to the way they scavenge power.
