Pool Equipment Rusting after 6 months

Sorry, I gave you the pump info provided by the installer.

The pictures below I just shared with Pentair. They told me they dont build the motors?

Pentair doesn't make the motors. The motor was made by Regal Beloit.

But, that's not the question we're asking.

The question for Pentair is "Is this pump a brand new pump as it would come out of the box, or is it made out of individual parts by someone other than Pentair?"

What does the builder have to say about everything?

The connection between the bare copper bond wire and the insulated green wire between the pump and the heat pump is not a good connection. The copper has to be in direct contact. Is the insulation stripped back at the connection?
 
Gluing pvc joints is about the easiest thing to get right so that many leaks are a HUGE red flag to me. Seems your contractor is not stepping up so I'd consider bringing in a 3rd party to look it over and hopefully get an objective opinion.
