I am planning on closing ABG pool next week with Temperatures reaching into the 70’s . Pool temp looks to be at 55 plan on slamming and letting pump run 24 hrs .
-will the pool temp. Hamper the chlorine in any way?
- the next 2 days night temp will reach down to 24 degrees. Will run pump 24 hours on those 2 days to keep hoses from damage.
I realize I’m getting a late start closing but we have had very warm weather this fall in Oklahoma. Yesterday, the morning temp was 75 degrees and by 3 pm it was 42 degrees.
Is there anything I need to be aware of by closing this late?
Typically, how long does it take to drain sand filter ? Can the wet sand harm the laterals in filter?
Thank you.
