I have the Nautilus CC supreme Dolphin with Wifi and it is constantly getting stuck on the stair ledge of my pool. I have attached some pictures. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Is there a way to guide it away from that area via the app? Pictures attached. Thanks in advance!!

Seems you have high centered there... nothing in the apps that I have ever seen "to fence" an area off... not like the roomba does...
As far as I know there is nothing to stop what it is doing besides putting something there to stop it from getting up there in the first place.. i have seen people use weighted PVC pipe to stop them from going into places, not sure if that would work...
