The pool buttresses are evident on the inside liner and raised. Can feel them with your feet and clearly see them in the photos. Pool was just professionally installed is this normal? I'm upset but before I unload I am waiting for the boss installer to just tell me this is normal...

Did they put anything down before they put the liner in?
feels like" fine sand" (they ordered a massive pile of it), but also noticed a few divets here and there besides the obvioius "T" shape poking out at each buttress location inside the pool. Again I do not want to make accusations if this is normal...and if not, and they claim it is, i want to be armed with a rebuttal.

I went hunting and found many videos on how to install an oval pool. The ones that showed the bottom supports part of the build show them being covered completely with sand and it looks quite deep. I think they skimped on the sand part of your build.

i watched a few of those videos as well, to me it appears some installers BURY the supports, put a plate over it, and then cover with layer of sand... but i'm not a professional so I have no idea if this is normal
