We have just bought a TurboTurtle for our pool, and then spent the better part of an hour watching it (It doesn't take much to amuse us) The turtle keeps getting itself wrapped up in its hose. I've checked the Polaris site for troubleshooting, and the only suggestion is to lay the float hose flat in the sun, which I plan to do, but I'm just wondering if it is common for the hose to coil some. Thank you

It very likely is, and perhaps more time laying it out to relax will improve it's tendency to coil as badly.
