Polaris pb4-60 3/4HP problem

Hi,
My Polaris booster pump is suddenly did not start, it was controlled by Intermatic P1353ME.
Installed in 220V mode, 1 hot leg direct to pump, and 1 hot leg is triggered by timer. I checked every is OK on timer, but on the pump I found weird problem, which without trigger from timer, 2 hot legs got 120V each?
so I think on the pump 2 hot terminal is shorted? (measured 3.3 ohms between them.
Is my Polaris dead ?

I found the problem, my booster came back to life.
My bad, rewiring messed up.
