Polaris P955 issues or my pool liner??!

Hi all

Just wondering if anybody come across with the same issues that I'm experiencing right now with my Polaris P955. I've been using my P955 since May 2017 ( Bought brand new ). Now lately, I've come across with this problem. My robot would NOT move in a certain area in my pool. ( But all wheels and brushes are moving )
So, I took it to a tech for warranty. He changed the motor under warranty. He said it might be a weak motor issue. Anyway, I took it back home and try. Same thing happening again?!
Now I started to think would that be my pool liner? ( Because I also noticed that my pool liner is popping up a bit due to a lot of rain this summer, ground water behind my pool liner??! ) Because the tech even lent me his own robot to try. I put that in my pool and the same thing occur!!

Thanks in advance

Alan

My dolphin will try to climb the stairs so it doesn't seem like an uneven liner would cause it to miss that area. But that is strange that the techs' vacuum wouldn't gpo there either. How big of an area is it missing?

Thanks for your replied. I would say it missed about 60% of the pool. Because most of the time it just stays in one spot with wheels and brushes turning but just not moving. And it shows NO ERROR code. I think it might be the dirt canister problem. Because my robot came with the one called " Ultra-Fine Sand and Silt Filter Canister ". I heard some people are having the same issues with theirs. I need to get myself a " General Purpose Filter Canister ".

I think you might need to brush the area a little
