Yes, I am another unfortunate owner of a Polaris robotic cleaner. I need to replace the float cable which I purchased for $300+. Before opening the motor, I’d like to ask what gasket sealer should I use?
Yes, I am another unfortunate owner of a Polaris robotic cleaner. I needed to replace the float cable which I purchased for $300+. I took the unit apart and found that I did not need sealant to change out the power cord. So that job is done. Took about an hour to complete. I used a screwdriver and a small rubber mallet. This YouTube video was very helpful.
