Called a local dealer and they said - 19 times out of 20 this is the power supply or motor or both, that it's an older unit and that Polaris does not make it or parts for it. Did not seem to want anything to do with it and suggested I might just have to move on. Unit is 4 years old and I did not use it for one season. Does this sound accurate?

Polaris tech support is quite helpful. I called them a month ago about my 9300 and the rep was very good.
