Hi all, I’m having an issue issue with my 3900 sport. All of a sudden, It gets stuck by the steps in the corner and doesn’t back up. The pressure relief valve was just replaced and I did disassemble the back up valve and seems fine, but there’s always a steady flow out of it and when it kicks in, it just doesn’t seem to generate enough jet pressure to move the cleaner back. The booster pump is working fine and the pressure from the cleaner return is fine as well. When I move the cleaner manually it works just fine, good speed, pressure and tail sweep, the issue is just with its being stuck, once it gets to the corner where the steps are and will not back up.
