Polaris 360 top heavy right front wheel only one touching bottom

Trying to help sister in-law.

She bought new polaris 360, to replace old polaris 380.

moves very slowly with just right front wheel touch bottom of pool.
Sometimes doesn't move at all.

Took bag off, powered on polaris pump, and the 3 jets shoot water into air.

Tried adjusting white bulb float thinking it might get the polaris to go flat, that is all 3 wheels on pool bottom. didn't work.

Any ideas help would be appreciated.

Polaris 360 is for a pool return WITHOUT a booster pump.

Polaris 380 is for a return that has a booster pump powering the cleaner.

If your sis-in-law has a cleaner booster pump then a 360 is the wrong pump and will not work at the water flow from the booster pump.

She needs a 280 or 380. A 280 can work as well or better then a 380 cleaner.
