Please help: Is this rust or termites?

Hi guys, hope someone can help me. About a month ago I say "rust" between the Venetian tiles and just scrubbed it away, but today I found it again in the same spot, but appears to have "grown".

I've seen termites do the same thing in houses but never underwater.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!!

Very likely something behind the tile - either exposed rebar, rebar tie, or some junk in the gunite or thinset used to place the tile.

The only solution is removing the tile in that are and investigating.

Me puedes explicar un poco más de la Vit C? no lo entendí bien, gracias.

Busca pastillas en GNC de Vit C(no las efervecentes), utiliza unas 5 pastillas molidas en un calcetin o pedazo de tela delgado. Envuelves las pastillas y las colocas encima de la mancha. Primero talla con un cepillo para quitar lo mas posible. Si la mancha desaparece es que es oxido. Tendras que quitar unas piezas de veneciano y volver aplicar adhesivo y boquilla.
