Plaster streaks normal???

Just had our pool re-surfaced (colored plaster) this summer.

Streaking appeared immediately as they finished troweling and has not gone away. They say it's normal, I say it isn't. Anyone else experience this? First photo is before water fill, other photos are after water fill.

Looks like sloppy trowel marks. Maybe it can be sanded down to smooth it. @onBalance ?

You're both right. It's normal for them, but not for you. "Normal" doesn't mean "good". If all their plaster looks like that, well, that's "normal" for them. You want "good".
