We bought a house with our first pool recently. When we moved in there were some very small chips that had started up in the plaster. Specifically on the top step. As time has gone on they've gotten worse and worse to the point where large areas have lost a layer. What's the move here? Am I looking at fully replastering? Is patching it an option?
