I had a pool pump starting to leak and everywhere I looked it suggested to change the mechanical seal / bearing that’s inside of the impeller. I went ahead and did that and the leaking from my pump stopped!
However, now I’m beginning to notice that the pipes in my filtration system have started to develop a slow drip/leak. I’m looking for reasons as to why this would happen and how this is typically remedied. Would the replaced bearing be a cause of this? I’ve circled in red where the drips are occurring.
