Should I add some stabilizer too? For some reason we can't seem to get or keep it above 60 for several weeks now ....Pool Math says to add some to try to hit the range of 70-75

You can but 60 isn't too bad and just be careful because you don't want to end up with too high of CYA. I do keep mine at 70 but there are others I've seen that'll keep it at 60.

It’s very high and it has white squirrels. There is also another Brevard county in Florida near Cape Canaveral and Coco beach…they don’t have white squirrels… they used to have space shuttles though.

Helpful information. That's why we ask for it initially so we're not guessing. I would use 70 ppm as a guide then.
