Over the last couple of days my PH is slightly higher in the morning, I am running a heat/cool pump overnite to cool the water off, could that be the source of additional aeration and causing a rise in my PH, reading in the morning is 7.6. I keep the PH at 7.4, TA 80, CH 250 and CYA 75.

Yes, any aeration can increase pH. Why 7.4 exactly? Your pool may be happier with pH a little higher and TA a little lower. Try letting it get to 7.8 - 8.0 before using acid to go to 7.6 or so. I wouldn't let TA go below 50, but don't foce it up if it starts to drop.
no reason for 7.4 seemed like a middle of the road value, TA doesn't fluctuate much generally stays between 70 & 80. Thanks for your help.
