PH is constantly rising

Hi,
My Pool's PH is constantly rising.
To bring it to normal, I'm adding 24oz of Muriatic acid every 3-4 days. This brings PH to ~7.2 and in 3-4 days PH goes back to 7.8-8 according to Taylor K-2005 testing kit.

As the result - total alkalinity is going down every time I'm adding Muriatic acid. Once it hits 50 ppm, I'm adding 7-8Lb of soda - which bring Total alkalinity up to 100-110 (it takes approx. 25 days until alkalinity level would drop <50ppm as a result of Muriatic acid addition)

I suspect that one of the reasons my PH is rising because of 2 waterfalls that are dropping from smaller section of the pool to larger.

Questions:
-Is it normal that PH is rising constantly?
-Is there more efficient/cost effective to keep PH/Alkalinity within the normal ranges?

Appreciate the feedback!

Pool specs (picture is attached as well)
Volume: ~ 8300LB
PH 7.2-8
TA 50 -120
Chlorine 3-5ppm (maintaining by adding liquid chlorine)
CYA 30 - 40
Hardness 210ppm
Pump is running 8-10 hours a day
Location - South Florida

When TA gets to about 80, stop forcing it to 7.2. With TA of 60-80, your pH should be stable around 7.8-8.0. 7.8-8.0 is just fine for pH.

Now that TA is high, reduce pH to 7.2, let it rise, rinse repeat until TA is down to about 80. Then STOP forcing pH down. Let it sit around 7.8-8.0.
