pH drop after adding CYA

Hey Y'all!

I am finally adjusting my chemistry to become a salt water pool again. I added 3 lbs of CYA and noticed that my pH had dropped considerably. It dropped from 7.6 to 7.2, I am wondering if I should raise the pH chemically or just let it rise naturally. My surface is still curing, and I'm adding about 8-10 oz of MA every 3 days.

pH: 7.2
TA: 90
CYA: -- Waiting for it to dissolve
CH: 250

Let it rise on its own, it will soon enough.

Also, I've noticed that my pool has gotten quite cloudy. I'm not sure if that is all of the salt I added going into solution, and once it gets into solution it'll clear up.
