I'm preparing to add Boric Acid to our pool and reading everything I can on the topic. When adjusting PH with muriatic acid in a pool with Borates, the app version of Pool Math doesn't account for Borates. However, the web version of Pool Math does account for Borates and shows the need for increased muriatic acid. Will I need to use the web version of Pool Math rather than the app when using muriatic acid to lower the PH? Thanks!

In the app, make sure you’ve got the option to track Borates enabled. I suspect they’re disabled In your menu and once they’re enabled you’ll see more options.
