Usually you put 2 90's on the end so the inlet faces down.Great, this is all starting to make sense now. its not as complicated as I thought it would be, just a lot of parts. So when you run the air line back to the equipment pad, does this line have any type of special cap to prevent rain water or debris from getting into it?

You might also consider just having some deep returns in the floor so that heated water can be pumped into the spa from below and give you faster and more even heating. You can then use that to run the spa overflow without the air jets on. Running the jets and overflow constantly will create enormous amounts of aeration that will drive pH up. Having deep returns with no air will help alleviate that problem.
Definitely 2 separate return lines with a three way valve at the padHello again, spa is built! lol jk we have started the excavation (pictures attached) but we have a long way to go. Next we are running plumbing and then off to rebar. I had a question on this point you made. How would these "deep returns" be fed? Would my single return line be split when it enters the spa and be directed to the venturi jets and to the deep returns? or would you suggest running two separate return lines?
Thank you!Definitely 2 separate return lines with a three way valve at the pad
LOL more like a fork jk... we have been working on the house as well so the outside has taken a backseat but we have switched gears now.And 4 months and that's all you got done!?!
Did dou dig that with a spoon????
any thoughts on Pentair IntelliLevel?Plumb it into the overflow trough along with an actual overflow drain.
I would recommend the Stetson auto fillers
thank you!I dont have any firsthand experience but that would be a good option for your setup
