Looks like my pool cleaning robot power supply failed. No lights or response from control panel. Tried multiple outlets just in case :)

What has been the experience with others on this product? Any realistic expectation on lifespan? This unit is only 2 years old. ~$250 to replace it, can't find any repair options.

Thanks for any input or suggestions for troubleshooting or fixes.

It's the Dolphin Way™️ (the Pentair warrior is just a rebranded Dolphin) ... once you're outside warranty, you're hosed. The major components - power supply, swivel cord, motor assembly cost, $250, $200, and $450 respectively. Buy that or buy a new robot, it's the only choice.

I will say this, if you are anywhere near the end of your 2 year warranty, give Pentair a call and see if they'll replace it under warranty. 2 years is lousy for a failure. Most of these robots will die of something catastrophic around the 5 year mark or longer, depending on how they are treated. Worth a shot asking them if they'll throw you a bone assuming you haven't asked already
