Pentair VS speeds

Pentair Superflo VS 1.5 owners. What do you all keep your three speed cycles at and for duration?
I’m in a slam right now so I’ve been running 24/7 for about four weeks at 1500rpms.

Typically I run 7-9am 3100, 9am-7pm 1600, 7pm-9pm 2500. Off 9pm-7am.
Primes at 3200, quick clean 3450 for two hours when used.
PSI at 14 during prime.

I can see no reason to ever run at 3450..

What do you gain by running at 3100 and 2500? What does it do that is not done at 1600??

You have to decide what works best for you.. But for reference, I run my pump 24/7, mostly at 1200 RPM, for less than $20 bucks a month. I run 24/7 because I have a saltwater pool and like generating a little chlorine all the time, and I like the longer skimming time.

My electric is fine. No big costs. Maybe $25 extra per month.
The 3450 is just the quick clean. I hit it after I mow and grass gets in the pool. Used very rarely.
I use the 3100 first thing in the morning after the pool has been sitting all night. I don’t run mine 24/7.
Anyway, just seeing if anyone else did something different.
