Pentair VS Pump - Schedule WAS working, but not now???

Hey guys-
Got me a Pentair VS Intelliflo 2 pump. I had previously setup a schedule and set it. It worked perfectly for a few days... then I stopped it and ran a manual speed as I was doing something and needed the pump to run right then. Now, I can't get it to go back on schedule? I've gone thru the menus multiple times, confirmed that Speed 1 is setup correctly (RPM, Start/Stop Time, Schedule not Manual, etc). But- when I start the pump back on Speed 1, it says manual and doesn't follow the schedule.

Are certain Speeds reserved for only manual operation, and other Speed #s set for Schedule? I'm pulling my hair out and can't figure this darn thing out!

I gotta be missing something here.

Thanks for any insights!!!

So, I *THINK* I screwed up by trying to set a schedule on Speeds 1-4. I just set it on speed 5. However, the schedule says it should be running right now, but when I exit out of the system, it doesn't start up (as per the schedule). Maybe it'll wait to turn on until the next cycle?

Pressing the "Start/Stop" button with the pump running should stop the pump. If you then press the "Start/Stop" button again, that puts the pump in schedule mode. The word "Schedule" should appear on the screen, telling you it's ready to run the schedules that you've programmed into it. Is that not happening?

FYI - This could be caused by the "heater safety speed" setup if your programmed speeds are lower. I just got off the phone with Pentair because I couldn't figure out why my programs (both Intelliconnect and pump panel entered) kept getting overridden - going from 1,700 & 1,900 RPM to 2,460.
Turns out the "heater safety speed" was set to 2,460 RPM and reverted back to that speed every time the heater clicked on. 2,460 is the recommended min speed for heaters according to Freddy at Pentair (automation division).
